For those clients who are looking for a one-off design to incorporate specific building features, a particular lifestyle, or who have an unusual or sloping block, PJ Burns offers a custom design service.

Our highly experienced and multi award winning, in-house architectural designer will guide you every step of the way through the design process - from concept sketches through to construction drawings.

After meeting with you in our Custom Design Centre, and discussing your building requirements and budget, the designer will draw preliminary sketches for your consideration and approval.

Our drafting team will then put your plans onto our CAD system which allows you to see your home as a full 3-D model on our large digital screen.

When you are happy with your plans and the pricing, PJ Burns will prepare a building contract before proceeding to the construction of your unique, architecturally-designed home.
