At PJ Burns, it’s all about choice and flexibility when it comes to inclusions. Our range is large and extensive to accommodate many different tastes and budgets. We allow our clients to mix and match inclusions, for example selecting budget floor coverings with top of the range kitchen tap wear. Again, our in-house designers and sales team will guide you through this process. You will also be able to view the quality of our materials in our local colour design room.

As a starting point and to help you kick start the selection process, PJ Burns offers 3 categories of inclusions which you can upgrade (or downgrade) at any time without penalties;

Smart Start

The "Smart Start" inclusions range is designed for new home owners, investors, families and retirees. This is the base range that PJ Burns offers. The inclusions are still of the highest quality but represent great value for money.

Lifestyle

The "Lifestyle" inclusions range incorporates popular finishes such as full render, colorbond roof and fixtures/fittings with designer flair. These are our "middle of the range" products.

Ocean

The "Ocean" inclusions range represents our most expensive and most elaborate fixtures and fittings. We take care in selecting the best products on the market. They are often found in the executive-style homes we build.
