We would like to especially mention Terry who really looked after us and explained the PJ Burns way of doing things. Having built a few houses and not always been happy with our builder's service, it was a pleasure to have a professional like Terry in charge of our house.
Working with the wonderful Amanda Burns, Terry guided us through the design and contract stages and kept us informed at all times. We're very happy with the result that's being built at Birtinya, and well aware that without Terry's work the results may not have been as good.

After contacting PJ Burns and arranging a meeting with Terry, he listened intently to our ideas for the block of land and our requirements for the layout of our new home. Armed with this information, Terry proceeded to suggest a custom designed split level 4 bedroom plan for our new home, which to a large degree, maintained the natural slope of our land and achieved the living space that we required."
