Below is our latest release of Standard Plans! We have individually crafted these standard designs because they are perfectly suited to the majority of block shapes and sizes in the Hervey Bay region. These plans also have been tailored to suit the majority of our clients - In most cases, there will not be a need to alter the design at all! But if there is a need, our plans have also been designed to be very versatile.

 

The benefit of using a standard plan is that it means a streamlined planning process for you and also cost-effective construction. This means that not only can you be confident that the home is already well designed, but you can also be confident that the pre-construction process will be as simple as possible.

When looking at our standard plans, and when approaching our sales experts, always consider questions such as;
- What is the size of my block? Are there any easements? Is there a specific "envelope" that I should be building within?
- When is my block ready to build on? When am I needing construction to be complete?

- What do I need? What do I want? What is realistic?

Some of these plans may be suitable for challenging sites or specific living arrangements; Single Storey, Double Storey, Secondary Dwelling, duplex, shared living, luxury plans, etc. The alternative plans are valuable to help us assist you in finding your perfect design.
